The School of Hospitality Administration at Boston Univeristy presents the SHA Leadership Summit: a two day symposium designed to equip female students with the skills, knowledge, perspectives, and actions required to empower their choices and become successful leaders in the hospitality industry. A combination of keynote addresses, hands-on workshops and distinguished panels will foster an environment of self-discovery, authentic engagement, and thoughtufl dialogue around the challenges of navigating gender in the workplace.
We highly encourage ALL students to attend our opening discussion, keynote sessions, and panels. All workshops are geared for women's leadership development, and to maximize effectiveness, will focus exclusively on students who identify as female.
The entire SLS19 program will focus on the following themes: Personal Branding, Communication, Negotiations, Confidence, Work/Life Balance, and Challenges in the Workplace.
